Support that meets you where you are

Locker Room Wellness offers three kinds of support — educational consultation, trusted retreat connections and patient advocacy. All of it is grounded, non-judgmental, and clearly separate from medical care and from any sourcing or sales.

What we offer

Three ways we can help

Each is a conversation and a framework — not a transaction. Read what each includes, and just as importantly, what it doesn't.

Dosing & Preparation Consultation

One-to-one conversations to prepare for, understand and integrate emerging wellness practices.

What it is

  • Grounded, non-judgmental guidance on microdosing protocols, psychedelics, functional mushrooms and related practices — focused on harm reduction, set and setting, and integration.
  • Honest assessment of whether a practice is likely to suit your situation, and help planning the weeks around an experience.
  • Awareness of medication interactions and when a conversation belongs with a clinician rather than a guide.

What it isn't

  • Not medical advice, a prescription, or a dosing instruction for a controlled substance.
  • Not help obtaining, sourcing or purchasing any substance — ever.
  • Not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

What to expect

  • Private 1:1 sessions in person or over video.
  • Preparation, journaling and intention work before an experience.
  • Integration support afterwards, including processing difficult experiences.

Who it's for. People curious about or already exploring these practices who want a steady, informed sounding board rather than hype.

Get Connected To A Trusted Retreat

Help researching and evaluating retreats and facilitated experiences — before, during and after.

What it is

  • A vetting framework: training and screening of facilitators, medical intake, emergency protocols, staff ratios, refund terms and integration support.
  • Guidance on the legal context where you live or plan to travel, and how to read the gap between marketing and reality.
  • Preparation and integration planning so a retreat is part of a longer arc, not a single event.

What it isn't

  • We do not operate our own retreat, sell retreat packages, or take commissions that bias what we recommend.
  • We do not facilitate or endorse any experience that is illegal in its location.
  • Not a booking service — the decision and responsibility stay with you.

What to expect

  • A checklist of questions to ask any facilitator or centre.
  • Red-flag signals to walk away from — pressure, secrecy, grand promises, boundary violations.
  • Post-experience support and, where appropriate, referral to trusted partners we have evaluated.

Who it's for. Anyone weighing a retreat or facilitated session, and anyone processing a past experience that didn't land well.

Medical Patient Advocacy

Support navigating the healthcare system so your concerns are heard and your care is coordinated.

What it is

  • Help preparing for appointments: organising your history, tracking symptoms, and writing down questions so nothing gets lost in a short visit.
  • Coaching on communicating with specialists, asking for second opinions, and following up when results fall through the cracks.
  • Advocacy for people whose concerns have been dismissed — including concussions and TBI, mental health, and underspecified chronic issues.

What it isn't

  • Not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment — we don't replace your clinicians.
  • Not a medical provider or a substitute for emergency care.
  • We don't recommend, source or supply any substance as part of advocacy.

What to expect

  • Appointment prep and a written summary you can bring with you.
  • Help interpreting the questions to ask, not the answers themselves.
  • Ongoing support coordinating care across providers.

Who it's for. Anyone — especially those juggling multiple providers or feeling unheard by the system.

Consultations

Start with a free 15 minutes

No cost, no obligation. A short call to hear what you're navigating and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

Free

15-minute intro consultation

A brief video or phone call. Bring your questions about preparation, integration, retreats or navigating care. We'll listen, point you to resources, and be clear about what we can and can't help with — no medical advice, no dosing instructions, no sourcing.

  • Free, once per person
  • Video or phone, whatever's easier
  • No pressure to continue afterwards
Ongoing

Longer or ongoing consultations

If the intro call is useful, longer sessions and ongoing support are available for a fee. Rates depend on the kind of support and how often you'd like to meet, so we quote it after we understand what you need — send an inquiry and we'll reply with options and pricing.

  • Single deeper sessions or a recurring cadence
  • Preparation and integration arcs around an experience
  • Patient advocacy support across appointments

How to get started

A simple first step

1 — Reach out

Email hello@example.com with the service you're curious about and a sentence or two about your situation. We'll reply within a few days.

2 — Talk it through

A no-pressure conversation to understand what you're looking for and whether one of these services is a good fit — or whether you'd be better served elsewhere.

3 — Decide what's next

If it fits, we'll shape the support around you. If it doesn't, we'll point you toward people or resources that do — including clinical care when that's what's needed.

Where the lines are

None of these services include selling, sourcing, supplying or helping anyone obtain controlled substances. None of them diagnose or treat any condition. If a service isn't the right fit — especially if you need medical or emergency care — we will tell you and help you find it. Read our safety and legal guidance before exploring anything discussed here.
