About

There is no single path to wellness

Locker Room Wellness / Holi Life began with conversations that didn't fit anywhere else — former athletes, veterans, parents and people quietly burning out, all asking what else might help.

Most of us were handed one option and told to make it work. When it didn't, we were left searching alone — through forums, half-truths and marketing dressed up as medicine.

This community exists so that searching doesn't have to happen alone. We publish complete journeys, not testimonials. We explain practices without selling them. And we keep a clear line between what someone experienced and what science currently supports.

We are based in Colorado and we are not a clinic, a retreat, a dispensary or a treatment provider.

What we stand for

Four commitments

People before substances

Every page centres a person's journey. Substances, when discussed, are one part of a much larger story.

Honest about uncertainty

We label lived experience and research differently, and we say plainly when evidence is early or thin.

Both/and, not either/or

Therapy, medication, sleep, food, movement, community and emerging practices can all belong in one life.

Safety is not optional

No sourcing, no sales, no dosing prescriptions, no medical claims. Moderation is active, not decorative.

What we don't do

We do not sell, source, supply, recommend suppliers for, or help anyone obtain controlled substances. We do not diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing here replaces care from a qualified professional.
